How Long Is Shipping?
Normal Shipping Is 1-2 Weeks. Weekend Sales Can Vary 2-3 Weeks. 3-4 Weeks For FREE SHIPPING Orders. Expedite Shipping For An Extra Fee Will Be Next Day. Once Package Is Dropped Off At USPS, The Post Office Can Take Anywhere Between 1-7 Days(Holidays May Differ) To Deliver To You.
What If I Did Not Receive A Tracking Number?
Tracking Numbers Are Sent To The Email You Provided During Checkout. Please make sure you did not misspell your email. Then send an email to me with NAME&ORDER NUMBER and I will provided you with the information needed.
Did you experience oil spill?
Oil spills may happen during the shipping process. If an item is damaged, you are eligible for store credit. However, if there is an oil spill from the body scrub jars; you are not eligible for store credit or refund. Unfortunately, the body scrubs can obtain more oil than jars can handle, and during the shipping process it can leak. But there wont be enough leakage to claim the product as damaged. Thank you.
What to do if i have NOT RECIEVED my package and tracking says it was delivered?
If you have NOT RECIEVED your package; and the tracking says it has been delivered, you must reach out to your local post office. They will try to track down your package for you. If your package can not be retrieved, you must then file a claim with the post office. This will begin the process of a refund for your missing package. Before you reach out to the post office; I strongly encourage you to check with a neighbor to see if the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address.
